My name is Gabrielle but you can call me Gabby for short. I have 3 babies that were all planned home births. My first born ended in a hospital transfer because I was uneducated on the importance of baby's positioning before I un-naturally sent my body into labor using castor oil. My next 2 babies were successfully born at home! With my 1st birth I ran into every issue you could think of and the doctors were pushing me to have a cesarean section, luckily I had my amazing midwife and doula with me to advocate for what I truly wanted since me and baby were doing well this would have been an un-necessary cesarean section. With the trauma I endured it pushed me to educate mothers, whether this is your first birth or your fourth, my goal in providing birthing services here in the Las Vegas Valley is to empower mothers and to help avoid birth trauma that we will carry for the rest of our lives. All too often our healthcare system implants what I call the "seed of doubt" in mothers. I want to teach you using evidence based birth support to help you and your family navigate your journey into parenthood; whatever that may look like for you. I take a natural approach to birth, I'm not a believer in un-necessary interventions that may lead to problems more often than not. I'll walk with you every step of the way to teach you exactly how to be intuitive with your body and baby. I love guiding parents on how to navigate the life-changing experience of bringing life into this world. This is definitely a passion of mine. I also love taking my kids out and showing them new places. Our favorite place to go if you ask my son is Laguna Beach. I also love cooking and getting my whole family together! Although my kids love to keep us on our tippy toes, family gatherings and holidays are some of my favorite things. To me, family is above all else.
